About the event
Join us for the Creative Mixer on Thursday, February 9th, 5:00 - 6:30 PM at the SteamPlant Event Center. Featured in the Paquette Gallery is John Pyson's retrospective presentation of the work of artist Eugene (Gene) Diodato Jr. which focuses on the outdoors in the Upper Arkansas Valley near Salida.
Live music will be provided by guitar player/singer Bobby Gulley who plays everything from the 50’s to now and covers a wide range of genres. Recently retired from a career playing in the Army Field Band , Bobby’s past performances include touring in 32 countries playing for organizations like the NFL, NBA, MLB, WWE, and Van's Warped Tour. Bobby has shared the stage with musical artists including Wayne Newton, Neil McCoy, Chris Isaac, Rihanna, and many more.
Those with local creative endeavors are invited to step up on the "soapbox" and share their news. A cash bar is available.
