Monarch Mountain in partnership with The Salida Council for the Arts is hosting the third annual snowboard art show. The snowboard art show titled “Ride On” is on display, and open to the public, at the Monarch Mountain ski lodge through the end of the ski season.
Monarch Mountain donated used snowboards from its rental fleet to local artists to repurpose them into works of art. The artistic snowboards are for sale with 10% of proceeds going to the Salida Council for the Arts. The remaining portion of the sale goes directly to the artist. The public is invited to an artist’s reception for the Monarch Snowboard “Ride On” art display, Sunday, Dec 15, 2024, 2:00 – 3:30 PM.
