Please fill out the artist Registration form below in its entirety. Registration Form due April 15. Cost to enter is $30. No late entries will be accepted, as this information will be used to create wall tags and marketing for the show. A digital image of your artwork submission and a photo of the artist must be submitted immediately after submitting the form. Email images to: n.kay@sbcglobal.net.
