The exhibition of artist Adrienne Weber’s works will be on view in the Paquette Gallery throughout the month of March as well as online at Paquette Gallery Arts.

Creative Mixer / Opening Reception

Thursday, March 10 5:30-7pm

Salida Council for the Arts hosts another Creative Mixer this month, and any artists or creatives working in all genres are encouraged to attend and meet like-minded people, to share influences and news, to soak up fresh ideas, and to be inspired by the energy that makes Salida a center of support and expression.

The reception will be held indoors and face coverings will be required regardless of vaccination status.

About the Artist:

Born and raised in Salida, Colorado, Adrienne Weber graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Psychology and Studio Arts with an emphasis in painting and art history.  She earned her Elementary and Art Teaching Certifications and went on to teach Visual Arts in the St. Vrain Valley School District and Visual Arts and Gifted and Talented in the Salida School District. Her desire to help others develop artistic skills has led her to teach private art lessons to both children and adults.

In her artistic practice, she uses oil paints to create rugged peaks and terrain while creating tranquility and peacefulness by capturing the light and shadows that play upon the shapes and forms of the landscapes that define her work.
