CONFLUENCE: Women Artists of the Arkansas River Valley

A juried exhibition for members and women artists living in south-central Colorado.
Show Statement: The theme of “Confluence” suggests many images and concepts: the natural flow of individual elements coming together; making connections between people with common goals; the gathering of energy and strength by joining forces; the creation of bonds of support and community. Artists are encouraged to express their own personal concepts of “confluence” in their chosen media.
Exhibition Dates: July 3 - July 31, 2023
Location: Salida SteamPlant Event Center, 220 W. Sackett Avenue, Salida, CO 81201
Juror: Niza Knoll, owner of Niza Knoll Gallery
Curators: Carol Gerand, Shelly DeChantal
All participants must be able to deliver and pick up their artwork.
No front-range members can participate in this show.
This is an outreach program for Colorado Women Artists in this corridor.
