Salida Council for the Arts invites you to participate in an exciting, collaborative, radical new art experience! Imagine yourself on an aerial rig suspended just above a 9x12 ft canvas on the grass. You'll swing above your creation with brushes and paints in hand as you apply drips, splatters and strokes to this wonderful community canvas. You'll be in good hands as members of the council guide the swing for you.
Our art rig will be on display at the Art Yard Sale this Saturday, May 20 from 10-4 at Box of Bubbles, so stop by to check out the setup while you shop for some cool art supplies.
Pollock in the Park will happen at Riverside Park during Art Walk.
Sat June 24 from 10-1, Sun, June 25, from 2-5.
